What Is Covered
Lifetime Stone Replacement & Setting
We will replace — free of charge — any diamond, emerald, ruby, or sapphire covered by this plan if it chips, breaks, or is lost from its original setting during normal wear. This includes all labor and materials necessary to set the replacement stone. To keep this protection in effect, you must have your jewelry inspected and documented every six months by an authorized Erley Diamonds representative. Any necessary repairs identified during inspection must be completed by our craftsmen.
Lifetime Metal Maintenance & Repair
Enjoy a lifetime of professional care to keep your ring looking like new. This plan includes:
- Resizing: Professional sizing up or down two sizes.
- Refining: Lifetime polishing, refinishing, and rhodium plating for white gold.
- Structural Care: Prong re-tipping, stone tightening, resetting, and repairs to damaged mountings.
- Customization: A one-time complimentary engraving for a future purchase.
Commitment to Quality
All services and inspections must be performed by Erley Diamonds to maintain the integrity of your warranty. This plan excludes loss from theft, mysterious disappearance, or damage caused by unauthorized third-party alterations. Lab-grown stones will be replaced with lab-grown equivalents of equal quality.
